Smartphone technology continues to develop at a rapid pace daily. With brands such as Apple and Samsung dominating the mobile device industry, there have been numerous attempts to change the status quo, by various other brands. With each attempt, new devices feature improvements to either hardware or software.  

From the time that the initial smartphone hit the shelves, the focus on camera technology has led to stiff competition.  

Not to be outdone, Samsung has managed to design a new device, with an Infinity-O display.  

According to recent leaks, Samsung Galaxy launches with a camera hole in its screen right as some markets are becoming saturated and smartphone users are looking for the next best thing. 

In news leaked by Ice Universe, a well-known Samsung leaker, the phone is revealed as having a camera hole at the top of its screen. This is sure to be attention-grabbing in some ways as every new device released onto the market aims to outdo the next. Users are demanding smartphones with a lot more capabilities and are itching for the next best thing in terms of what their devices can achieve. 

The device’s camera features triple lens technology at the back, including a 24MP, 5MP and 10MP camera. 

As the Samsung Galaxy launches with a camera hole in its screen, it will be competing with Huawei and Lenovo, which have also designed Infinity-O screens. 

Available in blue, green and silver, the device also has fingerprint scanner at the back. It houses a Snapdragon 710 processor and has 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
