Home Improvement Finance is offered in collaboration with reputable building retailers. The Home Finance solution is driven by partnerships formed by Real People with building retailers who provide finance in-store at the point of sale.
Loans are available at a minimum amount of R1000 to a maximum of R100 000 while repayment terms are set at a comfortable 48 months.
The application process is quick and easy. Start by completing an online form to check if you qualify. If you qualify, go to any participating retail stores near you to complete the application process.
What do you need to qualify?
- Be permanently employed, self-employed or employed under contract
- Earn a minimum of R2000 per month
- Have an active bank account
- Be between the ages of 18 and 64 years
- Have a valid South African Id or drivers’ licence
- Provide a recent payslip
- Provide latest 3 months’ bank statements (if self-employed)
