These loans are tailor-made to suit individual need. They are provided on a short term basis. Repayments can be made within 1 to 6 months. Loan amounts range between R300 and R8000. Upon approval, Thelon amount is deposited straight into your bank account.
Incremental Loans:
These loans have been introduced with the aim of addressing the housing finance needs of individuals who have the ability to contribute financially to housing costs but to whom bank-funded housing finance isn’t readily available. More than one million individuals have been assisted with this service.
These loans are offered to home owners who wish to build homes on an incremental basis by extending or improving on their existing property.
They are designed to facilitate any improvements that increase the value of the house, such as enhanced security, installing a geyser etc.
These loans are offered from R3000 to a maximum of R20 000 and clients are given 10 to 36 months to repay.
